Our aim is to support all those affected by cancer in
Ayrshire but we can’t do this without support from
PEOPLE LIKE YOU.

We're asking you, your school or your workplace to complete the Ayrshire to Beatson Challenge throughout the month of September.
Choose how to complete the challenge: walk, run, swim or cycle... choose one or combine them all! Track steps, add swim lengths, evening runs, or stick to one preferred exercise. It's up to you!
Choose your distance: How many miles can you or your team rack up? All miles are meaningful but here's some examples if you need inspiration.

Step into September: Kick start your A2B Journey
Date: Sunday 31 August
Location: Dam Park in Ayr
Kick off the challenge with a 5K walk, followed by a family fun day. This is your chance to bank your first 'meaningful miles' ahead of the September challenge.
After the walk, stick around for games, food stalls, and a mascot race, plus words from the Ayrshire Cancer Support team about how your support is making a difference.

Take part on your own or as part of a team!
We encourage individuals, families, schools, businesses or anyone to get involved this September for Ayrshire to Beatson month.
Remember, everyone has different abilities, so pick what works best for you!
Just follow the steps below to get involved and make a difference.

Health & Lifestyle
Taking part will not only contribute to a positive impact on physical health and mental health but it will get you embracing the great outdoors again!
