Verdi's Requim
Ayrshire Cancer Support is pleased to announce a joint fundraising concert with the much respected Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) Chorus Trust Ltd (registered charity).
The choir will perform Verdi’s Requiem on Sunday 28th February, 7.30pm at the Henderson Parish Church in London Road, Kilmarnock.
An intensely dramatic and emotive piece, Verdi’s Requiem is regarded as one of the great icons of classical music. We are delighted to offer you the rare opportunity to listen to choral singers from all over the West of Scotland, along with professional soloists, perform one of Verdi’s more popular choral works.
100 audience tickets costing £10 each are now available from ACS 01563 538008 and from our online shop on this website. Tickets will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis, so if you are interested in classical music don’t miss out and book your tickets now, before they are sold out.
