6K Family Fun Run
Saturday, 25th September, 2010 - 1pm
Join us for our annual 6K Family Fun Run along Ayr Promenade. We start at the Amphitheatre at the back of the Citadel Leisure Centre and go all the way along to the Doon Bridge and back. This year the event forms part of the popular Septembayr Festival, so after completing the run you will be able to go along to the town centre and enjoy the activities there.
Fancy dress is encouraged and this year we’re asking people to come as THEIR super hero! There will be a prize for the best dressed! All entrants will receive a medal and a goody bag.
The person raising the most sponsorship will win a Day Trip for Two to Ireland courtesy of Bennetts, Kilwinning.
The run starts at 1pm and Karen Murrie of Rosemary Conley will be providing a 15 minute warm up before the start.
Entry costs £6 per adult; £3 per child ; £12 per family of 4 ( extra children £2.50 each)
